1. Passport required:

Please present your passport in person.

If you arrive after 10:00 PM (22:00), you may send a photo of your passport via WhatsApp before 10:00 pm.

Self-Checking Procedure (Smart Lock – Gate & Side Entrance)

For Guests Arriving After 10:00 PM

Step 1 – Access

Use the smart lock at:
- Main Gate: green-painted gate with green metal fence
- Side Entrance (House Side): large wooden and glass door
Access Code: will be sent to you after we receive a photo of your passport or national ID before 10:00 PM
Important Safety Tips:
- Ensure your hands are dry and clean when using the code
- Do not let the smart lock get wet
- Press the buttons correctly and enter the code accurately

Step 2 – Payment Options

Cash Payment (Accepted Currencies):
- VND, USD, Euro, Yen, Yuan
- Cash payment will be processed the next morning if check in after 10:00 PM, as early as possible
Bank Transfer (VND):
- Transfer to the designated bank account
- Payment will be processed the next morning, as early as possible
PayPal Payment (USD or Euro):
- PayPal email: ngoc.thanh@ehomevn.com

Step 3 – Check-In

After accessing the property using the smart lock, proceed to your room/unit
Ensure to follow all house rules and secure the entrance after entering

Note

This procedure is designed for late-night arrivals (after 10:00 PM)
Keep a copy of any transaction or PayPal receipt for reference

How to Prepare

Sticky Rice: microwave 2 min at medium power with cover
Instant Noodles (electric kettle):
- Boil 250–300 ml water
- Pour over noodles + seasoning
- Cover 3–5 min, stir, then eat

Place food inside before running the microwave
