International Flight Pick-Up (Terminal 2)

Please update us after completing immigration.

After collecting your luggage, exit to *Column 15, then **cross the road* to the waiting area near the *blue ACV sign*.

Step 1 – Notify Liam

When your flight lands:

    ​● Text Liam: "LANDED"

​ ​● If you need to wait for checked baggage: text "WAITING FOR CHECKED ​BAGGAGE"

Step 2 – Go to the Pick-Up Point

​ ​● After clearing immigration & customs, exit to the outside area

​ ​● From Column 15, cross two lanes to the Waiting Point

​ ​● The waiting point is next to the ACV sign, beside the Car Parking Lot

Walking time:

​ ​​○ 2–3 minutes from the exit

​ ​Pick-Up Location: Column 15 → Waiting Area near the ACV sign (Outdoor area)

Note: There is no Wi-Fi at the pick-up point. Wi-Fi is available inside Terminal 2 only.

Step 3 – Notify the Driver

(Send your photo in advance if possible for easier identification)

​ ​● At the waiting point, notify the driver by:

​ ​ ​○ Text: "LIAM, READY FOR PICK ME UP"

​ ​ ​○ Or call if no reply

Step 4 – Vehicle

The Mercedes car (license plate 30E-024.75) will arrive at the waiting area within

10–20 minutes from the time you reach the pick-up point.

Driver – Mr. Dao

​ ​● Driver Mr. Dao will meet you at the pick-up point.

​ ​ ​○ He will be wearing a cap (for easy identification)

​ ​ ​○ He may also hold a sign with your name so you can recognize him easily
